From visualizers to live and everything in between, here are fifteen videos to check out this week.

01) Evile – “The Thing (1982)

British thrashers Evile are set to release their first album in eight years, Hell Unleashed, this Friday (30th) via Napalm Records (pre-order here). The group has shared a video for the song “The Thing (1982).”

Vocalist/guitarist Ol Drake comments:

“The third and final single from Hell Unleashed is not only based on my favorite movie of all time, but it’s a strong contender for my favorite song off the album. This track goes through so many cool changes, with frenetic vocals which mirror the subject matter, and we couldn’t be prouder of not only this song, but the entire album it’s featured on. Blast “The Thing” as loud as you can!”

02) Thy Catafalque – “Szarvas”

Avant-garde outfit Thy Catafalque are set to release their new album, Vadak, out June 25th via Season of Mist (pre-order here). The group has released a video for their second single “Szarvas.”

The band’s mastermind Tamás Kátai comments:

“This is our second song from the album and it’s much darker in tone. Clean vocals are by Gábor Dudás from our fellow Hungarians, Reason and well, you can hear Martina as well somewhere in the background. She’ll be here in her full prime for the next song, I promise.”

03) Nanowar of Steel – “Der Fluch des Käpt’n Iglo”

Parody metal outfit Nanowar of Steel are gearing up for their new album, Italian Folk Metal, out July 2 via Napalm Records (pre-order here). The group has shared a video for the song “Der Fluch des Käptn Iglo,” which is an homage to the beloved fried dish fish sticks by Captain Findus.

Bassist/singer Gatto Panceri 666 comments:

“We sailed long and hard throughout the seven seas to tell you the story of the most merciless, the most terrific, the most crispy and crunchy pirate that ever lived: Capitan Findus/Kaptn Iglo! Are you ready to fry a school of cod, grill some shrimps and roast a salmon with us on our quest for a treasure wrapped in golden breadcrumbs?”
