Due to not wanting to tour and health difficulties stemming from diabetes, Rutsey left the band the same year the album came out, and Peart stepped in just two weeks before the band’s first American tour. Who knows what the band’s lyrics would have been if it wasn’t for the science fiction-loving Peart?
