Swedish rockers Ghost are back, announcing their long-awaited new album, Skeletá, scheduled to arrive on April 25 via Loma Vista Recordings. To celebrate the reveal of their upcoming sixth record, the group has unveiled a video for their latest single, “Satanized.” Similar to previous releases, the clip not only showcases a taste for what’s to come but also introduces Papa V Perpetua, the band’s new frontman for the 2025 touring cycle.
Described as a hypnotic blend of infectious hooks and eerie melodies, “Satanized” follows a narrator consumed by dark forces, embodying the album’s deeply introspective theme. Unlike its predecessors, which explored empires (Impera) and plagues (Prequelle), Skeletá delves into personal struggles and emotional turmoil.
Ghost also offered fans an interactive experience with The Satanizer, a tool that morphs users into characters from the song’s music video. Papa V Perpetua will make an appearance at Black Sabbath’s final concert on July 5 at Villa Park, Birmingham.
