Regardless of who’s controlling the message, the members of As I Lay Dying that aren’t Tim Lambesis are forging on with their new project, Wovenwar. The members have been particularly active on Instagram, and announced the name of the band recently, as well as their singer (Shane Blay, who isn’t leaving Oh, Sleeper). Now we have a whole song from them. “All Rise” is more melodic than anything AILD has written, but damned if it isn’t catchy as all hell. There’s no release date on Wovenwar’s debut album, due out later this year on Metal Blade, but this leaves us looking forward to hearing more from the project.
