After touring the US earlier this year with In Flames, All That Remains, then two weeks in Europe with Sylosis, Wovenwar are getting to work on their second album.
According to a Tweet from guitarist Phil Sgrosso, the band has, “the whole summer off so time to start work on album #2.”
Sgrosso was a member of As I Lay Dying since 2003, having the left the band after the arrest of vocalist Tim Lambesis. Sgrosso and three other members, along with Oh, Sleeper vocalist Shane Blay, formed Wovenwar and released their self-titled debut album on Metal Blade last summer, debuting at #36 on the Billboard charts, selling 7,000 copies in its first week of release.
