The Massachusetts hardcore/metal group have been locked up in guitarist Kurt Ballou’s Godcity studio working a new album. While an exact release date for said album hasn’t been revealed yet (though many expect a late Spring/ early Summer date), fans might get their first taste of new material live this coming April.
At least that’s what we can hope for from Converge’s recently announced Spring tour. Although we’d be surprised if any fan would hesitate to see them live and in action (with or without new material). Joining Converge on the two-week trek will be Loma Prieta and Git Some, while bands like Ringworm, Deafheaven, Burning Love, Pianos Become The Teeth, Weekend Nachos and others will appear on select dates.
