How big a fan of Scott Weiland are you? If you’ve got a few Stone Temple Pilots albums, you’re a casual one. If you have Happy In Galoshes and 12 Bar Blues, maybe a bigger one. If you even have his Christmas album, then maybe you’ll want to pick up the ultimate piece of memorabilia – the diamond engagement ring that he gave his widow, Jamie Wachtel Weiland in 2013. His widow had reported that he left a lot of debt behind when he died back in December, and the ring is currently going for $8,555 on eBay. This is what she writes on her Facebook page:

“This is the ring Scott gave me when he proposed. Eight months into this new chapter of my life, I need to part with it. I am so sad to see it go but it’s a truly gorgeous piece and I would love for it to make someone as happy as it once made me.”

So far the ring has four bids, so there appears to be some interest in it Here’s what the description reads:

It’s sad that she needs to get rid of the ring, but if Weiland is truly moving on, then maybe it’s just part of the process. You can check it out on eBay if you’re so inclined.
