Gene Simmons is currently being sued for sexual battery, gender violence, and assault. The alleged incident took place last month during an interview for his Rock & Brews restaurant. It wasn’t too long ago when the KISS bassist/frontman was publicly accused for sexual assault from at least two women as well as being banned from Fox News for life due to his suspected crude behavior. Last week, Simmons denied these claims and assured everyone that “nothing happened.”
Now, following the aftermath from the multiple accusations, he has taken to Facebook to defend himself for the “alleged charges you may have been reading about in the media.”
He expressed:
“Friends,
I intend to defend myself against any alleged charges you may have been reading about in the media.
For the record, I did not assault the person making these accusations in the manner alleged in the complaint or harm her in any way.
I am conferring with my lawyers with the aim of vigorously countering these allegations.
And I look forward to my day in court where the evidence will prove my innocence.”
