Heavy metal veterans Armored Saint will release their latest effort Win Hands Down on June 2nd via Metal Blade Records, but you don’t have to wait to listen to it, as the label has the entire album for streaming on their Soundcloud here.
Singer John Bush (you know, that guy who was in Anthrax between Belladonna eras – Ed.) comments:
“When we began talking about a new record, I told Joey Vera [bass] to pretend we were a really huge band and that we could do anything we wanted. At least that was the mindset we should have, from the writing to the production. What came out was Win Hands Down, which is our first record in five years.”
To commemorate the new release, they will play some shows with Saxon in the USA and then will head to Europe to play some festivals and shows with Queensryche. The dates can be seen below:
