Metal By Numbers 11/4: Sphere are the charts

Posted by on November 5, 2015

Being the start of November, you may notice the list of debuts growing shorter as is wont to happen during the holiday season. Case in point, music for next year is started to get hyped up from the likes of Megadeth, Anthrax, and more. Of course, a short list of new material certainly doesn’t mean it’ll lack in heavy hitters as you can see on the list below. You can also check out Chris Colgan’s list as usual if you need further confirmation.

Notable Debuts:

Born of Osiris, Soul Sphere (Sumerian) #38, 6,800 sold

The band’s fourth studio album doesn’t outdo its predecessor, but it’s still a solid debut.

Like Moths To Flames, The Dying Things We Live For (Rise) #59, 3,800 sold

The band’s third release doesn’t hit as high as their sophomore effort.

Killing Joke, Pylon (Spinefarm) #133, 1,925 sold
