Last night (23rd), was the sixth annual “Metallica Night” for the San Francisco Giants at their home game at the AT&T Park in San Francisco, CA against the Washington Nationals. Footage and photos including Kirk Hammett performing the United States national anthem and Lars Ulrich throwing the first pitch of the night can be found below.
Additionally, fans can enter to win the guitar used by Hammett last night by visiting crowdrise and donating $10 to the All Within My Hands Foundation. The contest ends on Monday (30th) at 11:59 PM EDT.
