05) Crowbar – “Bleeding From Every Hole”

New Orleans sludge metal legends, Crowbar, are gearing up for their new album, Zero And Below, out March 4th via MNRK. The group has shared a taste of their upcoming effort by releasing a video for the song “Bleeding From Every Hole.”

Kirk Windstein comments:

“I really love this track. It’s kind of strange that it was written before the Covid epidemic because the song is basically what so many people went through in a metaphorical way during the shutdowns, loss of work, and social life. Things seemed so bad that no matter which way you turned it was the wrong direction. I wanted to express that there are people that feel that things are hopeless… but they do get better in the end. Your inner strength is there. It needs to be let out. I hope everyone enjoys the song. It is really one of my favorites.”

06) Dee Snider – “Stand”

Dee Snider has shared a video for the song “Stand.” The track is taken from his latest effort, Leave A Scar, which was released in 2021 via Napalm Records.

Snider comments on the video:

“While I didn’t write ‘Stand’ for the Station nightclub fire documentary ‘America’s Deadliest Rock Concert: The Guest List’, it is a perfect fit. The full tragedy of that horrific night was the despicable lack of support shown for a community in desperate need. ‘Stand’ speaks to the importance for us all to recognize these moments of desperation and do something about them. ‘Don’t leave your mark… leave a scar!'”
