03) Artisan – “Vindication Mine”

Stain of Life, the debut full-length album from the Los Angeles metal outfit Artisan has finally arrived via SubLevel Records. The record features Mike Bear (Prototype) on bass and vocals, along with guest appearances from Kragen Lum (Heathen/Prototype), Charles Elliott (Abysmal Dawn) and Ian Jekelis (Aborted). To celebrate the album’s arrival, the thrash-progressive-death metal project has unveiled a lyric video for the song “Vindication Mine.”

04) UDO – “We Will Rock You”

Udo Dirkschneider has unveiled a video for his new single of his rendition of the Queen classic, “We Will Rock You.” The track is taken from his upcoming album, My Way, which is scheduled to arrive on April 22nd via Atomic Fire Records. The album will consist of seventeen covers of songs that have influenced Udo.  

Udo comments:

“Queen have shown how versatile a band can be. They have always fascinated me and have been one of my very first favorite bands. Queen inspired me musically and I still enjoy listening to all of their records to this day. I liked the live version of ‘We Will Rock You’ most, which is why I used that one for my cover version.”
