Earlier today via their Facebook page, metalcore band Texas in July posted “New Beginnings,” a YouTube video announcing that they’ve got a new vocalist. It’s not like J.T. Cavey is new to the band. In fact, he was one of two musicians to play with the band on last Summer’s Vans Warped Tour, but now he’s officially in the band. Original vocalist and guitarist Alex Good and Christian Royer, respectively, left the band last year. There’s no word on an official replacement for Royer, but Kyle Ahern filled in for him last year. The band’s fourth album is due later this year.
