Megadeth have dropped a Keith J Leman-directed video for their latest single, “I Don’t Care.” The track is taken from their upcoming, and final, self-titled studio album, scheduled to arrive on January 23, 2026.

Dave Mustaine comments about the single:

“How many times have you wanted to say this to someone? I know you want to! Deep down inside, if we had the balls, we would tell more people, ‘I don’t care’ more often.”

Late last month, Megadeth revealed the track listing for the record, which includes “I Don’t Care,” the previous single, “Tipping Point,” and a special bonus track: a reimagined version of Metallica’s “Ride the Lightning.” The record will be released via Mustaine’s Tradecraft imprint in partnership with Frontiers Label Group’s new BLKIIBLK division. Megadeth will be touring extensively before they call it a day, including supporting Iron Maiden on their 2026 North American Tour with Anthrax.
