Megadeth debuted their latest single, “Tipping Point,” live for the first time on Tuesday (14th) at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam, Netherlands, while supporting Disturbed on their European tour. The track serves as the first single from Megadeth’s upcoming self-titled album, scheduled to arrive on January 23, 2026. Following 2022’s The Sick, The Dying… And The Dead!. The song marks their ferocious return and is featured in Metal Insider’s latest list of 48 songs recently released.

Directed by Leonardo Liberti, the accompanying video portrays Mustaine imprisoned and tortured before ultimately overcoming his captors and walking into the light; a metaphor for resilience amid chaos. The band has confirmed that the upcoming record will be Megadeth’s final album, with a farewell tour planned for 2026.
