The Los Angeles County Sheriff Department in West Hollywood, CA closed down a section on Sunset Blvd after receiving a phone call about a suspicious package left at a parking lot, prompting a bomb squad to intervene in case of a terrorist act.

The package was left at a parking lot across the world-famous bar Rainbow and The Roxy, where many rock and metal musicians frequent on a regular basis (especially Lemmy) and a favorite stop for touring bands passing by the LA area.

Witnesses spotted a bomb-squad robot on the street approaching the package but there’s no word as of the content of the package. We can only hope the team have everything under control and the threat was cleared out.

Black Metal enthusiast from Los Angeles who thought was a good idea to grab a camera and shoot underground shows for the hell of it. Pseudo-writer with little to no expectations of ever winning a Pulitzer but totally down to write about your unknown band if it's good to my ears. I enjoy long walks on the beach, deep conversation, holding hands and attending Satanic music shows every now and then.
