It is a tough time of year for many touring bands on the road. Road conditions get messy, and that can lead to accidents and sometimes some of our favorite bands are involded. The Ghost Inside’s tour bus recently collided with a semi-truck, and Black Cobra flipped their van just a few days prior. Now it’s hard rock band Hinder that had some trouble in Tennessee.
Said the band via Facebook,
“As reported by multiple news sources, the members of multi-platinum rock act Hinder and their crew were involved in a tour bus accident outside of Cookeville, Tennessee on Wednesday, November 18th.
The group, who were making their way to Charlotte, North Carolina for the launch of their U.S. tour, will have to cancel their performances for tonight November 19th in Charlotte, NC at Amos’ Southend as well as November 20th in Baltimore, MD at Baltimore Sound Stage. All tickets will be refunded at the point of purchase.”
Most everyone was fine from the accident, as only two people had broken ribs, but the driver required surgery. Sadly the driver’s service dog went missing at the time of the accident, but this story has a good ending, and he’s been found!
