Remember when it was announced that KISS was bringing football to L.A. and everyone got excited? Then people found out it was arena football and everyone kind of shrugged and went on with their lives? Well, thanks to AMC, they’re going to make it a little harder to ignore, as they’ve announced that they’re making an unscripted reality series about the LA KISS Arena Football League. Deadline reports that the show will focus on owners Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons and the band’s manager, Doc McGhee. It will follow the three, as well as the team’s players and coaches for 10 episodes as they bring the sport back to Los Angeles for the first time in ten years.
There’s no official premiere date set for the show, but it will air this Summer. The show will be produced by the same company that produced Gene Simmons Family Jewels.
