Motley Crue’s Vince Neil broke a few ribs after taking a fall off of a stage last Friday (15th) at the Monsters On The Mountain festival at LeConte Center in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. The singer was performing “Don’t Go Away Mad (Just Go Away)” with his solo band when he stepped into a gap in the stage and disappeared from view. Fan footage shows Neil walking with a guitar strapped around him, talking to the crowd when suddenly, he was gone. It was reported that there was a small gap between the speaker and the stage that Neil didn’t notice. His roadie and security helped him to his feet, and Vince just “limped away.”

On Sunday (17th), the Crue’s official social media said:

“Vince is back home and resting after breaking a few ribs on Friday night. Our love and best wishes for a speedy recovery and ready to rock in ’22!!”

After informing the crowd of  Vince’s condition, the band finished the set, with guitarist Jeff Blando covering lead vocal.
