Metal Hammer compiled a list of The 40 Best Nu-Metal Songs Of All Time. We are a bit surprised by this list, and it has nothing to do with the song rankings. The list seems more of a clump of hits from the mid-90s up until the early 2000s. This being instead of the genre many love to hate. Artists, including Incubus, Hoobastank, and Evanescence, was a bit surprising to see on a list of nu-metal tracks. With that being said, if those bands were ever considered nu-metal, we would have included it on our top five nu-metal bands we forgot about list. However, Wikipedia considers these artists as nu-metal, which makes this quite a conundrum.
