According to Gojira’s Instagram, the group has returned to the studio with their high end studio monitors to work on the follow-up to 2016’s Magma. The band has shared an image of a soundboard and nothing else. No caption, nothing.

This isn’t the first time these French metal giants have teased us with new material. This time last year, the group shared a few in-studio images with a caption reading “cooking something up.” Hopefully, this means there will be a new Gojira album in 2020.
