Vitriol unleash new song “Crowned In Retaliation,” debut album arriving in September

Portland, Oregon death metallers Vitriol are gearing up for their debut album To Bathe From the Throat of Cowardice to arrive on September 6th via Century Media Records. The group has introduced us to their profound sound back in 2017 with their ferocious EP, Pain Will Define Their Death. The cover artwork for their upcoming full-length effort was created by Joe Petagno (Motörhead, Krisiun, Angelcorpse), as the record is promised to deliver 44 minutes worth of vicious beats. Today (26th), we get to hear one of them as the band has unleashed the crushing new track “Crowned in Retaliation.”

Guitarist/vocalist Kyle Rasmussen commented:

“Endeavoring to create dynamic songwriting while never sacrificing relentlessness — both in terms of pace and tone — is one of Vitriol’s creative north stars. I feel that we accomplished that in a special way with Crowned in Retaliation. It does a very good job of showing you the face of To Bathe from the Throat of Cowardice.”
