While Metal Insider has been in existence for five years now, we’ve never had merch – until now! We’re proud to have joined forces with Los Angeles’ legendary “goblin metal” band Nekrogoblikon to create our first ever collaborative merch design! The shirt design is out just in time for the band’s Northeast tour, but the only way you’ll be able to pick one of these limited edition shirts up is by ordering below. Inspired by the World War II motivational poster (or the Chive shirt), the T-shirt urges all who view it to “Keep Calm and Nekrogoblikon.” In place of a crown is the head of the band’s mascot John Goblikon. Here’s what Nekrogoblikon drummer Eddie Trager says about the shirt.

“Needless to say, we’re honored to be the first band to have an exclusive tee with Metal Insider. The goblins have only been waiting six millennia for this moment. It’s about time!! If music is a woman, then Nekrogoblikon is pleased to have metal inside her.”

Duly noted, guys! In addition to the limited edition Nekrogoblikon shirt, we’ve got another design as well, a standalone Metal Insider shirt featuring our own satanic mascot. We’ve been asked when we’ll be coming out with merch for a while now, and now that we’ve got an awesome new logo, you can pick up an awesome new shirt featuring it! Both designs will be available in regular and softer “deluxe” versions, but while the Nekrogoblikon shirt is limited edition, you’ll be able to represent Metal Insider whenever you’d like to.
