Las Vegas is no stranger to shows… but Live Nation has upped the ante, by bringing its inaugural festival “Las Rageous” to the Sin City this April 21st and 22nd.
Some of today’s biggest hard rock and metal names will converge on iconic downtown Las Vegas, taking over two square blocks in the heart of town just off Freemont Street. Officially announced as the headliners are Godsmack, and Avenged Sevenfold, with a pretty solid lineup for both Friday April 21st, and Saturday April 22nd respectively.
The official lineup as of now is as follows with more bands to be announced:
Friday, April 21: Godsmack, Anthrax, Coheed and Cambria, Killswitch Engage, Of Mice & Men, & The Devil Wears Prada
Saturday, April 22: Avenged Sevenfold, Breaking Benjamin, Mastodon, Eagles Of Death Metal, All That Remains, & Escape The Fate
With overall space being an issue, the tickets are being limited to just 10,000 total… a far cry from the stadium packed, multi day shows we are used to seeing. Live Nation believes this will offer a more intimate setting, while still being outdoors.
Doors are set to open daily at 4pm, with headliners taking the stage around 10pm, taking the show well into the early morning.
Pre-sale tickets go on sale this Thursday, February 2nd, at 10am, and are only available by signing up to a mailing list at the official site www.LasRageous.com, with tickets going on sale Friday at 10am f or the non pre-sale members.
