Metal By Numbers is a weekly column in which we look at the top metal sellers and debuts of the week.
I haven’t listened to Manson’s new album, but the statement We Are Chaos is sure as hell true this year as its ever been. I hate to keep beating the dead horse that is “2020 sucks” but I just found out that wrestler Road Warrior Animal died and that Anathema is on indefinite hiatus. Also my back hurts, but that’s not new. You know what makes up for that? A new song from Steven Wilson dropped yesterday, there’s a new Mastodon compilation out, and a new Deftones album is out this Friday. Gotta take the good with the bad.
