Tonight, the fifth annual Revolver Golden Gods award show took place in Los Angeles. The night found Anthrax performing with Philip Anselmo and Rex Brown, The Dillinger Escape Plan perform a Depeche Mode cover with Deftones’ Chino Moreno, Halestorm cover Led Zeppelin with David Draiman, Five Finger Death Punch play with Rob Halford and Rob Zombie, Stone Sour joined by Corey Taylor and Jim Root’s Slipknot bandmates for a percussion-heavy Black Sabbath cover, Danzig perform a few Misfits classics with Doyle Von Frankenstein, and a set from some garage band out of San Francisco (who were also joined onstage by Halford).

But the special guest performances weren’t the only surprises from the show, for there were a handful of shocking wins. For instance, who would’ve thought HIM still had a big enough fanbase to win the “Most Dedicated Fans” award? And we knew Halestorm had loyal fans, but loyal enough to help their drummer win the Golden God over Neil Peart? And apparently Black Veil Brides decided to use its acceptance speech for “Song Of The Year” to call out everyone who booed them (calling them “fat assholes” and such). Arguably the big winner of the evening, though, was Deftones who won “Album Of The Year” with Koi No Yokan. Meanwhile, Corey Taylor won “Best Vocalist” and “Best Live Band” with Slipknot, technically making him the only multi-winner of the night.

We’ll be doing a full recap of the night soon, but for now check out who won each Golden God this year below [winners in bold].
