Loudwire is reporting that troubled Creed vocalist Scott Stapp has successfully completed a rehab program. The news come from former Creed guitarist Mark Tremonti, who revealed the good news during a recent interview.
Said Tremonti:
“Thank God he got through it all and his family got him into treatment. I think he went through a 90-day program. I know he went to get help and now he’s out of the treatment, so hopefully he stays sober.”
The two former bandmates have had their differences; Tremonti said in 2014 that he hadn’t talked to Stapp since Creed’s last tour in 2012. It was in late 2014 when Stapp started to make the news again, after a bizarre video, 911 calls, and text messages like, “Florida is not safe. Biological weapons on the way,” to his wife.
