If you’re still looking for a last minute Christmas gift for that person in your life that likes black metal and isn’t so much a fan of organized religion, then Century Media has got your back. They’re offering up a limited edition snowglobe of a burning church! Why settle for chestnuts roasting on an open fire when you can have a whole damn church? The snow globes went on sale today and for only $33, you can pick up one of these bad boys. It’s limited to 500 copies, so you’ll probably want to act quickly. Here’s the description:

Keeping it warm since ’88, celebrate the holiday season with this black metal themed snowglobe. Limited to 500 pieces, all of which are hand numbered. Shake it up to see the fire and ash circle around this burning church surrounded by black fencing and tombstones.. A 3” diameter glass + 1 ½ inch base/poly resin globe that will be housed inside a box with a polybag and Styrofoam.

It wouldn’t be too surprising to see some Christian groups get upset about this. The church burning epidemic was largely relegated to Norway in the early ’90s, and have become the stuff of folklore and metal legend. And while the epidemic might have led some people to the dark side, it’s not like giving someone a snowglobe would inspire them to start burning down churches of their own. Or would it?

You can pick yours up here. Of course, if you’re looking for something a little less satanic, you can pick up a shirt from our merch store.
