This past summer, one of the nameless ghouls let it slip that Ghost B.C. intended to release more covers they recorded with Dave Grohl. Now it looks as though those covers will see the light of day in November
The PRP has word that those covers will be released as a 12” vinyl EP titled If You Have Ghost and as part of a 2 disc CD reissue of Infestissumam. Along with previously released covers of ABBA and Depeche Mode, the EP will include a cover of Roky Erickson’s “If You Have Ghosts” and Army Of Lovers’ “Crucified” (along with a live recording of “Secular Haze”). And as mentioned, the covers were recorded with Grohl himself on drums, who though may not be an actual member of the group has supposedly actually played live with Ghost in disguise (without anyone ever knowing).
Both the vinyl and double disc CD are due to be released overseas on November 20 [UPDATE: North American release date has been confirmed for November 19]. However, Ghosts’ cover of “If You Have Ghosts” has already made its way online. You can listen to the leak, along with its original version, below.
