The nominees are in for the 2021 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame class of 2021, which includes Iron Maiden, Foo Fighters, Rage Against the Machine and The New York Dolls. Other nominees consist of Mary J. Blige, Kate Bush, Devo, The Go-Gos, Jay-Z, Chaka Khan, Carole King, Fela Kuti, LL Cool J, Todd Rundgren, Tina Turner, and Dionne Warwick. Artists who win the popular vote will be announced in May and inducted this Fall in Cleveland, Ohio. You can vote for Iron Maiden, we mean, vote at this location. Eligible artists for this year must have their first single or album released in 1995 or earlier.
Iron Maiden members who would be inducted would include the current lineup Bruce Dickinson (vocals), Steve Harris (bass), Nicko McBrain (drums), Adrian Smith (guitar), Dave Murray (guitar), and Janick Gers (guitar), along with former members Paul Di’Anno (vocals), Clive Burr (drums), and Dennis Stratton (guitar). Foo Fighters’ current lineup would be inducted and, as for the New York Dolls, it would be David Johansen (vocals), Arthur “Killer” Kane (bass,) Johnny Thunders (guitar), Sylvain Sylvain (guitar), Jerry Nolan (drums), and Billy Murcia (drums).
