This past Saturday (24th) marked Machine Head’s final performance with guitarist Phil Demmel and drummer Dave McClain. While the group had a few explicit surprises, their overall farewell run of the current lineup was a success. The band’s final show together took place at the Catalyst in Santa Cruz, CA. The California metal outfit closed their set with “Halo,” as fan-filmed footage of this performance is available below:

The trek has officially closed a chapter for the group as Demmel and McClain have called it quits. The group will continue with frontman/guitarist Robb Flynn and bassist Jared MacEachern and, it is only a matter of time until the new lineup is announced.
