It’s about time we got some new music from Queens of the Stone Age, right? There have been rumors of a new album since February, and a few months ago, they updated their social media saying COMING TWENTYFIVE. The band have said that the album is done and promised it’s uptempo, and now via a Reno rock DJ, we’re finding out even more about the first single.
KRZQ’s Chris Payne said he’s heard the new single, and over a series of tweets, he promised that “you’re in for a surprise,” saying the song is a mid to uptempo “sexy jam.” We’ll also be getting the song in two weeks, apparently. We know Payne, and he’s credible, so look for the song to land probably sometime in the next week and a half or so.
Currently listening to new @qotsa … oh man, you're in for a surprise.

I don't know that but I do know who they're touring with and that's going to be awesome. I'm not at liberty to say who but I can say…

Guitar without a doubt. Think of this as the song that invites everyone to the party so they can get their groove on.
