December 12, 2025 Release Highlights:

Volumes, Mirror Touch (Fearless):
The progressive metalcore band releases its fifth studio effort, on which, according to Rockpit, “continues to fortify a full-on sensory assault with thick riffing, chilling soundscapes, and the venomous bite of its incomparable two-headed vocal hydra.” Read Metal Insider reporter Jordeana Bell’s review of Mirror Touch here.

Pincer+, Who Are You When No One’s Around (Greyscale):
The Australian metalcore band’s debut full length is described by the band as “about losing control, pulling yourself apart, and trying to figure out who you are.”

Lord Of The Lost, Opvs Noir Vol. 2 (Napalm):
The German dark metal band release the second part of their Opvs Noir trilogy. According to a press release, the latest edition “delves deeper into their melancholic take on unravelling their innermost selves. With the second part of the trilogy, the six-piece adds new a hopeful layer to the wonderfully dark panorama already presented.”

Windswept, The Devi’s Vertep (Season of Mist Underground Activities):
The Ukrainian black metal band’s latest album turns to history for inspiration, with their Bandcamp stating it “reconstructs the witch trials of 1753–1754 in Western Ukraine through six movements of stark, visceral black metal. Each composition mirrors the tension of confession and punishment, unfolding from the brutal “Infanticide” to the harrowing “Verdicts.”
