Whitechapel has released a clip from their upcoming CD/DVD combo, The Brotherhood of the Blade. Due out this Friday on Metal Blade, this live video for  “The Saw Is the Law” is a taste of what you’ll get from the two disc set, recorded at The International in Knoxville, TN last summer. The DVD portion includes the full live show, along with a documentary that was filmed and directed by Mathis Arnell, with all the live audio recorded, mixed, and mastered by Audiohammer’s Mark Lewis, who has produced Whitechapel’s last two studio albums.

The Brotherhood of the Blade is a crowdfunded effort, which managed to raise nearly $60,000 back on March 31, 2014. Originally intended as a DVD-only release, they added a live CD to the package, and it now gets a full release via Metal Blade.

Whitechapel will be touring most of November with Culture Killer and Psycroptic, and will then enter the studio in early 2016 to begin work on their sixth studio album, their first since 2014’s Our Endless War.
