If you’ve ever seen the HBO series Silicon Valley, the first episode starts off with Kid Rock playing a sparsely attended tech company’s party to a bored, rich crowd. We don’t know much about global cloud computing company Salesforce, but they’ve got enough money to have paid Metallica to play their company party. On Monday, the band played a show at San Francisco’s Pier 48. According to theprp, company co-founder Marc Benioff is neighbors with Metallica guitarist Kirk Hammett, which helped expedite things. That being said, it can’t be cheap to have Metallica play your party, although tech companies have tons of cash.  According to those in attendance, here’s the set:

– “Hit The Lights”
– “Master Of Puppets”
– “Welcome Home (Sanitarium)”
– “Sad But True”
– “The Unforgiven”
– “Fuel”
– “Wherever I May Roam”
– “One”
– “For Whom The Bell Tolls”
– “Battery”
– “Nothing Else Matters”
– “Enter Sandman”

Encore:

– “Creeping Death”
– “Seek & Destroy”
