If you’re from the New York area, you’re probably already familiar with Tragedy, a metal tribute band to the Bee Gees. If not, your head’s probably exploding from reading the second half of that last sentence. The disco excess of the Bee Gees covered by a band of ’80s-loving metalheads is a sight that needs to be seen. It turns out they cover more than just the brothers Gibb, however. They’ve just made a video for their take of “You’re the One That I Want”  from another huge ’70s soundtrack, Grease. It’s actually got a few genres of metal in it, starting out like a power ballad, then getting a little punky for the chorus, and even a growl or two. The song and video are as campy as the film was, but more fun. Bonus points for it essentially turning into the “Smells Like Teen Spirit” video. This is taken from their album, The Solo Albums, which features a bunch of other non-Bee Gee covers.
