It is going on eight years since Rammstein released 2009’s Liebe Ist Für Alle Da.  Just two years ago, the band announced they were entering the studio to record a new album. Many forgot to question when the new album will hit the market, probably due to live gig distractions that include this year’s only East Coast performance. Most recently, Rammstein announced a release (date not yet revealed) of a new live Blu-Ray/DVD titled, Rammstein Paris. It looks like it will be preceded by a theatrical release, at least for one night, and we’ll find more out about that later this week.

A new trailer was created and posted on their Facebook page, promising more information will soon be revealed. The concert video includes their March 2012 performance that was held at the Palais Ominsports de Paris Bercy in Paris France and it was directed by Jonas Åkerlund (Metallica, the forthcoming Lords of Chaos film ). While they just released In Amerika a few years ago, some of the set pieces have changed, and Rammstein remain one of the most fun live experiences we’ve seen. After all of this Rammstein talk, it is sure making us hungry for some new music!
