Pike Place Market in Seattle was the scene where Foo Fighters’ leader, Dave Grohl and folk singer Bradi Carlile took it to the “street” for a surprise performance for the general public. Joined by Carlile’s guitar playing twin bandmates Phil and Tim Hanseroth, the quintet became buskers for about 20 minutes as onlookers took photos and video.

Among the songs performed were the Beatles’ “Let It Be” and the Foo Fighters’ “Times Like These,” which served as the set closer.

An early portion of the set can be seen on Carlile’s Facebook page, while on Instagram she posted:

“Got nostalgic and decided to swing by my old busking spot at Pike Place Market with the twins and Dave Grohl…honestly one of the most surreal moments of my life.”
