Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you know that there is a Batman V Superman movie directed by Zack Snyder coming up in a few more days, but because the guys at Coheed and Cambria are cool, they decided to bring you their own version of it right now.

“Island” is the new single of Coheed and Cambria’s latest album The Color Before The Sun and they have a new music video featuring their own version of Batman and Superman, with a little of a twist at the end of it. Frontman Claudio Sanchez comments about the clip:

“When I think of these two iconic characters, I think of opposite attraction, I think of myself and my wife. How two opposite ends of a spectrum can create harmony and balance. In one way or another, these characters have been paired up with like-minded love interests, the Bat and the Cat… The Alien and the Amazonian… I wanted to bring the Dark and the Light together.”

The band is currently touring across North America along with Glassjaw, I The Mighty, and Silver Snakes and you can catch them at any of the remaining dates:
