11) Sólstafir sign with Century Media Records; announce European Tour
Icelandic outfit Sólstafir have signed with Century Media Records and announced a European tour for November/December. Known for their blend of metal, shoegaze, post-rock, and atmospheric black metal, Sólstafir are ready for their next chapter, which will come with a new album later this year before hitting the road for the Nordic Descent Tour 2024.
Guitarist/vocalist Aðalbjörn Tryggvason comments:
“We have been fans for a long time. I have bought half of my death metal collection from them in the 90s. We started our career on a German label and now we are back with one – and we are looking forward to many years to come!”
