This seems to be the week for festival rumors. Following a rumored Mayhem Fest lineup having leaked yesterday, there’s been some teasing via the Summer Slaughter tour. While there hasn’t been too much speculation as of yet regarding the lineup, it was previously rumored that Morbid Angel might be playing the tour. Now the latest post on the tour’s Facebook page reads simply this:

That might not mean much to you if you’re not a fan of Dying Fetus, but if you are a Dying Fetus fan then you know it’s a track from Destroy The Opposition. So it looks like Dying Fetus and Morbid Angel are two possible contenders for Summer Slaughter this year. More teasing ahead of the actual lineup is to be expected soon.
