Dino Cazares has been busy shredding metal riffs on tour with max Cavalera and Soulfly. The Fear Factory founder/guitarist found a moment to let the world know via his twitter page that FF will be touring in 2022 with Static-X!

Cazares Tweeted a link to an announcement video countdown on the Static-X YouTube channel. The video premiered and revealed the tour to be called “The Rise of the Machines” Tour, and the line up to be Static-X celebrating the 20th anniversary of their 2001 album Machine, Fear Factory celebrating 30 years of existence, and Dope marking the 20th anniversary of their stand out track, “Die Motherfucker Die.” There will also be a tribute to the Wayne Static by the remaining members of Static-X as well as appearances at some shows, by Mushroomhead and Twiztid.

The tour is a celebration of the 20th anniversary Static-X album Machine and will be headlined by the surviving members of Static-X, Tony Campos, Koichi Fukuda, and Ken Jay. When founder, guitarist and vocalist Wayne Static tragically passed away in 2014, the band remained inactive until they toured in 2018 in support of their Project Regeneration album, which included previously unreleased tracks with Wayne Static’s vocals and guest vocals by David Draiman, Ivan Moody, Dez Fafara, Burton C. Bell, Al Jourgensen, Edsel Dope and others.
