Well, we heard it was coming, and now it’s official. Ozzy Osbourne will be going on his final world tour starting in April. While some of you might remember that Ozzy did a farewell tour back in 1992, the No More Tours tour, it was followed by the Retirement Sucks tour. This time, he means it though, and while some of the festivals he’s playing in April have been announced, his last announced tour date looks to be on October 13th in Las Vegas.
“I’ve been extremely blessed to have had two successful music careers,” Osbourne says. “I’m looking at this final tour as being a huge celebration for my fans and anyone who has enjoyed my music over the past five decades.”
Ozzy will be joined by his longtime backing band Zakk Wylde, Blasko, Tommy Clufetos and Adam Wakeman on keyboards. Stone Sour will open. Tickets will go on sale to the public on Saturday, February 17th at 10am via Livenation, with a presale happening starting on Wednesday, February 14th at 10am via sponsor Citi’s Private Pass program.
