We knew that Nine Inch Nails would be releasing the third of three planned EPs sometime this year, and today they announced that Bad Witch will be released on June 22nd. The six-track EP follows up 2016’s Not the Actual Events and last year’s Add Violence. And along with the EP, they’ve announced a tour, dubbed the Cold and Black Infinite North America 2018 Tour, in which they’ll be joined by the Jesus and Mary Chain from September onward.

They’ve also come up with an interesting way to try to defeat scalping. Tickets will only be sold in-person at the venue box offices, or as they put it “The Physical World.” In a tongue-in-cheek passage on their website, NINs say that this method will “likely suck” just like getting beat out by a bot online, but in a different way. Then it breaks down how things will happen:

YOU (AN ACTUAL HUMAN BEING) SHOW UP AT THE BOX OFFICE, INTERACT WITH THE TICKET SELLER (ANOTHER ACTUAL HUMAN BEING) AND PURCHASE UP TO FOUR TICKETS THAT WILL ACTUALLY BE HANDED TO YOU ON THE SPOT.  THE TICKETS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE ONLINE OR ANYWHERE ELSE BEFORE OR DURING THAT DAY.  ALL SEATS (INCLUDING THE BEST SEATS) WILL BE AVAILABLE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE.  YOU MAY ACTUALLY ENCOUNTER OTHER ACTUAL HUMAN BEINGS WITH SIMILAR INTERESTS LIKELY WEARING BLACK CLOTHING DURING THE PROCESS AND POTENTIALLY INTERACT WITH THEM.  THE EXPERIENCE HAS THE POTENTIAL* TO BE ENJOYABLE.  NINE INCH NAILS HAS ALWAYS BEEN ABOUT BRINGING PEOPLE TOGETHER, LIVING LIFE TO THE FULLEST AND GOOD TIMES.**
