Louder Than Life will celebrate its 5th year this coming September 28th-30th in Louisville, Kentucky, with the addition of a third day. Returning again to Champions Park, the World’s Largest Rock ‘N’ Roll Whiskey Festival, as it is being dubbed, announced a lineup worthy of a five-year celebration. After posting a photo of Trent Reznor a few weeks ago on his birthday with a statement about celebrating together soon, the worst kept secret was almost immediately followed by an official announcement putting Nine Inch Nails as one of this year headliners. That being said, we had a long two week wait until today when the lineup was sent out to the masses.
Looking at the overall lineup, it seems as though the folks behind Louder Than Life managed to wrangle up almost every tour this summer and put them all in the same weekend. Joining Nine Inch Nails as headliners will be none other than Avenged Sevenfold, and Godsmack respectively on their own nights. Direct support will see Limp Bizkit, Breaking Benjamin, Five Finger Death Punch, Shinedown, Deftones & Ice Cube.
