Mr. Big embarked on their global farewell tour, The BIG Finish, earlier this year. With co-founder Pat Torpey’s passing in 2018, the band felt it was time to conclude this chapter. After a successful leg in Japan and Southeast Asia, including a memorable show at the Budokan in Tokyo, they’re taking the tour to South America, Europe, and the U.S., starting on January 12, 2024, in Houston, Texas. One highlight of this tour is their performance of the classic 1991 album Lean Into It. Guitarist Paul Gilbert once expressed the tour is “a first-class seat in the time-travel-machine back to 1992!” Nick D’Virgilio joins the band on drums for this special tour in place of Pat Torpey. It’s a fitting farewell to their storied career.
