Yesterday (22), the metal world was taken by surprise when we found out that Slayer will soon embark on a farewell global tour. This news left many jaws drop, more-so than hearing about another Tool update. While we shared our thoughts on this matter, as well as discovered the lineup for the upcoming trek, Megadeth’s Dave Mustaine chimed in on Twitter with his opinion. The singer/guitarist wants to do one last Big 4 Show before Slayer retires for good.
I hope for at least one more Big 4 Show before the end of Slayer’s final tour. It just wouldn’t be right. Anyone else with me? https://t.co/izdosfPyZe

He’s most likely not the only one who has thought about this and, if you think about it, a touring thrash festival would be a great way to say goodbye to these legends.
As incredible as the lineup is with Lamb of God, Anthrax, Behemoth, and Testament, if we had it our way, we’d pick the following thrashers:
Slayer
Metallica
Megadeth
Anthrax
Testament
Death Angel
Kreator
Warbringer
Exmortus
Striker
