Though questions have lingered about Lemmy Kilmister’s health in recent months, Motörhead has shown zero signs of slowing down in 2015.

It all starts with an appearance via Skype on VH1 Classic’s That Metal Show, which airs this Saturday. Then news that the new album will come out later this year!

From an announcement on the Motörhead Facebook page:

“MOTÖRHEAD are currently in the recording studio with longtime producer Cameron Webb working on their upcoming album, which is due out Fall 2015. The revered trio will support the Foo Fighters on tour this July in Japan and Korea (including a stop at the longest-standing music fest in Japan, the Fuji Rock Festival on July 24th, and the Ansan Valley Rock Festival in South Korea on July 26th) in addition to planning a U.S. tour in late summer 2015.”

So a TV appearance, a tour with the Foo Fighters (in Japan), a new album this fall, and don’t you dare forget the Motörhead’s MotörBoat cruise in September. And Lemmy turns 70 in December. If only we could all be half as productive as the mighty Lemmy this year.
