On June 2, Ipecac will re-release the Melvins’ 2001 album Electroretard. Coincidentally, or perhaps not, the band will begin a tour in June that will last for about a month and a half with labelmates Le Butcherettes opening. Melvins’ most recent album, Hold It In, was released in October, and along with Buzz Osborne and Dale Crover, the album found them joined by the Butthole Surfers’ JD Pinkus and Paul Leary. The tour, however, will find only Pinkus joining Osborne and Crover. Here’s where you’ll be able to catch the tour.
